CC&F undertook a complete renovation and expansion of the existing asset, imbuing it with all the systems and features needed for high tech office/R&D. Situated on a lush 50-acre campus, the world’s largest testing company, Instron (Cohu), collaborated with CC&F as the anchor tenant to create a state-of-the-art headquarters, research and light manufacturing facility, including a 40,000 SF expansion. Semiconductor testing firm LTX, Inc. also leased a portion of the building. Both tenants remain in the building at this time.
