Construction has commenced and excavation efforts are underway. Soon a complete redesign of the 24 acres will emerge with publicly accessible land, wetlands, and woodlands covering a large part of the development.

In addition, CC&F has made the following agreements and commitments with the Town.

• $600K contribution to traffic improvements
• $226K contribution to I/I fund
• $1.75MM roadway reconstruction
• Construction of public safety substation
• Construction of indoor public space and restroom
• Launch of shuttle system
• Permanent protection of approximately 12.7 acres of environmentally sensitive open space
• 49 public visitor spaces on site for lake access
• 79 affordable units
