The property was a vacant, decaying two-story manufacturing building. CC&F overhauled the property including complete replacement of its exterior façade, glazing, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. CC&F also obtained permits and approvals for a new Class-A, four story 105,000+ SF building with ample parking and a landscaped park and arcade, then fully leased it to CSC Corp. Today, the project continues to host leading high-tech firms, including a major lab research facility for Astra Zeneca.
