In July 2002, CC&F extensively renovated and released the 276,000 SF, nine story waterfront office building in east Cambridge on the banks of the Charles River. Renovation required a complete overhaul of all the original shell/core elements including: roof, HVAC, garage, lobby, plaza, and tenant improvements. CC&F recruited two anchor tenants, Genzyme Biosurgery and Cambridge Energy Research Associates, who combined occupied over half the rentable square footage.
