Cabot, Cabot & Forbes is proud to announce the groundbreaking of “The Bolt”, a 180,000 SF transit-oriented center for innovation along the New Boston Corridor in Woburn.
Joined by Lt. Gov. Kim Driscoll, Mayor Mike Concannon, Sen. Cynthia Friedman, Rep. Richard Haggerty, and community leaders, the event marked a major milestone in transforming the Anderson Regional Transportation Center into a thriving hub for advanced manufacturing, life sciences, energy, and technology.
Built by John Moriarty & Associates, The Bolt will support over 300 new jobs and offer versatile space for companies shaping the future of Massachusetts’ innovation economy.
The project continues CC&F’s $400 million investment in the redevelopment of the former Superfund site that includes Emblem 120, a 289-unit luxury multifamily housing/retail development and Zero New Boston, a proposed multifamily project that will include 250 apartment units, garaged parking spaces, and 1,200 square feet of retail.
