Construction at The Bolt continues to make significant progress. Following the completion of all on-site underground utilities and ground improvements to support the building’s foundations, the project has reached another major milestone with the start of structural steel erection.

As of early August, the first steel is now in place, marking the beginning of vertical construction. This phase represents an exciting step forward as the building begins to take shape above ground. Site development and structural work will continue over the coming months, with additional progress updates to follow.
