The QUAD is a master-planned, transit oriented project which will deliver around 1.1m SF of lab, multifamily, and retail to the Alewife neighborhood of Cambridge. CC&F assembled 3 land parcels for this project and recruited American Realty Advisors as its initial joint venture partner (July 2018). The project was sold to Healthpeak Properties (October 2021). The project anticipates entitlements Q1-2024.
