The Hamilton Canal Project is located at 291 and 341 Jackson Street in Lowell’s dynamic Hamilton Canal District (HCD). This new mixed-use development will feature approximately 361 market-rate rental units and over 10,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. Residents will have access to more than 10,000 square feet of premier amenities, including a fitness center, pool, dog park, lounges, coworking spaces, and bike storage.

Situated at the edge of Downtown Lowell along the historic Merrimack River and canal network, the district provides an exceptional, highly walkable waterfront setting with modern urban infrastructure, making it an ideal location for multifamily housing.

The project is currently in the permitting process. In parallel, we are advancing full design work alongside our project partners—The Architectural Team (TAT), Green International Affiliates (TEC), and MacLean Design Landscape Architecture (MDLA)—with plans to be construction-ready in the first quarter of 2027.
