Cabot, Cabot & Forbes received first-ever EPA approval to redevelop a Region 1 Superfund site for residential use. Emblem 120 in Woburn is a 289-unit luxury multifamily housing development that includes 9,390 SF of commercial restaurant and retail space on the ground floor. The site is walking distance from the Anderson Regional Transportation Center (Anderson RTC), which serves Boston’s downtown and other regional destinations via the MBTA Commuter Rail and Amtrak Downeaster rail lines. The site also benefits from superior vehicle access via I-93 and is a short drive to nearby retail destinations.
