The site is walking distance from the Anderson Regional Transportation Center (Anderson RTC), which serves Boston’s downtown and other regional destinations via the MBTA Commuter Rail and Amtrak Downeaster rail lines. The site also benefits from superior vehicle access via I-93 and is a short drive to nearby retail destinations.
