CC&F served as a Development Manager for O’Connor Capital Partners, the owners, and developers of Atmark, a 428-unit community that sets a new standard in quality and styling to serve Cambridge’s talented young innovation workforce, while breaking new ground in developing Cambridge’s next neighborhood district. The project provides a host of first-class amenities and features that recognizes the needs of this emerging, dynamic group of residents, while also pioneering cutting edge design and finishes in the Greater Boston submarket.
