Cabot, Cabot & Forbes is approved to construct a 92,000 square foot four story Lab & Office building with potential for ground floor retail. The building will have an enclosed mechanical penthouse and one level of below grade parking and is located at 180 Fawcett St. in Cambridge’s Alewife neighborhood.
