Located on the shores of Lake Quannapowitt, 200 Quannapowitt Parkway is a redevelopment parcel fully permitted for 440 multifamily residential units. The project was designed to orient around Lake Quannapowitt and includes a lakeside walking path, multiple roof decks and an impressive landscape program. Residents will have easy commuting access to Boston and beyond with an I-95/128 exit on either side of the site and a shuttle service to the MBTA Commuter Rail. The project will also include a 3,600 SF waterfront restaurant space with an additional 2,000 SF outdoor patio.

200 Quannapowitt is slated for construction in 2023 with first units expected to be available for rent in 2025. Demolition of the existing building began on 5/1/2023.
